This two day seminar combines elements of the above with the
addition of exploring personal and structural responses to trauma-stress.
Systems and individual approaches will be explored with a focus on train-the-trainers
and policies/procedures to establish a comprehensive free-standing program
at your institution. This Seminar includes goal setting, with action
plans and 1 month, 3 month, 6 month and 1 year follow-ups to ensure hard
wiring.
