We can respond to your organization's crisis/disaster/critical
incident event. We can provide consultation services to strategize and
implement event management. We can also provide direct staff support
during the crisis or post event for rapid recovery and normalization.
Before a crisis/disaster/critical incident, we can train the
trainers and educate staff at your site so your organization can be self
sufficient in crisis/disaster management. The Traumatic Stress & Traumatology Institute of California
is the only accredited institution in California to offer certification in
Compassion Fatigue.
